The Shipping Error Rate metric lets your track the total number of shipping errors that have occurred, and compare that erroneous deliveries with the total number of deliveries.

The consequences of a shipping error are two-fold, making it a critical data point to track: the customer has to wait an extended amount of time for their order, and your company has to expend further resources to correct the error.
